June OMGoal; May's Completion

I'm so happy to finally have my Lattice Ombre top
finished!

Sometimes we run into a major hiccup or two and it
becomes a bit of a challenge to find the joy in a project.
This was one of those times but fortunately I can be
stubborn and I try to use that to my advantage.  Add in
my major dislike of UFO's and I now have my completed
quilt top, albeit a little later than I'd have preferred.
Of course, using beautiful fabric really helps.
And persistence--that is always a good thing.
So I'm trying to decide what to call this quilt.
Hiccups?  LOL. Persistence?
I've got plenty of time to mull that one over
while I keep my eyes out for a backing.
I have no idea when I'll find something that
works well for this quilt--I may end up just
using a solid to get the project finished but
it can't hurt to look around a little first.

June's monthly goal is my 30's quilt.
Below is a rough sketch.  I've already made changes
in my mind but this is the general the idea:

It's important to me to get this 30's quilt finished asap
so my goal is to get all the blocks completed.

At this point I'm still working on the chain but I'll
be starting those sampler blocks very soon.
I'm really hoping to complete the entire top but
I'm giving myself a little breathing room.

Happy quilting!

Woohoo! It turned out nice. I'm sure you'll find the right backing for it.
