October Monthly Goal

This quote is probably over-used but it sums me up so well:
I'm so happy I live in a world where there are Octobers!
(And besides, who doesn't love Anne of Green Gables?)

Hello and welcome to Monthly Goal Day!
to share my main objective(s) for October.

Firstly, I need to finish quilting up Snow Day.

It's a little hard to see in the pic but I finally found a
quilt to use this cute mitten pantograph that I've had
or several years.  It's the perfect finish on this one!

Because I've already started and it shouldn't take long,
it's a bit of a gimme so I'm sharing a second goal:

I also want to completely finish this latest scrappy
project that still needs a name.
(Just sharing this sneak peek pic today.)
So far I have lots, including November Stars and
Indian Popcorn but there is a little more to this story.
I didn't really like how the original finished so I went
rogue.  In person it looks pretty good but in a pic,
that farther-back view, I've created a bit of a spikey
effect around the outside but I'll share more on that
next week on my Tuesday To-Do post.  .

Until then, happy quilting!
