August Monthly Goal

I'm so happy it's August--my favorite
months of the year are all just ahead!

Today I'm linking up to Elm Street Quilts'
One Monthly Goal with my August plan.

Hopefully in just days, I'll have this quilt top finished
but with all of my gardening, I've decided I'd better
give myself the whole month.  If I actually get it
quilted, even better--but no pressure!

I do have this already on the long arm to be quilted.
I'll catch you all at the end of August when just maybe
both of these will be complete?

Again, no pressure!

Happy quilting!

Both quilts are eye catching, but the West Point quilt is stunning!

Love the West Point quilt! I've seen a similar pattern in the past and have always wanted to make it - even pulled fabric for it once. I think it was too scrappy. Yours is scrappy but more of a coordinated scrappy. Are you going to put a border on it? I like how everything floats on your white design wall.

oh...the West Point top turned out wonderful. It will be such a beauty when finished. Just thought of you this morning when I saw that Pumpkin spice coffee blend is now available at the Fresh market for a few months! I am adding it to my list.

Love your West Point quilt. I think you chose all the right fabrics for it and a pretty design. Good luck with your goal.
I haven't forgotten your sweater, by the end of August I will have it done.

Two wonderful quilts to finish - what a great goal. I like your log cabin combined with stars especially, but they are both beautiful. Best of luck finishing both of them!
Both are beautiful 🤩. Good luck with your goals
