March Monthly Goal Take 2

*I had some technical difficulties so this
is an updated version of my previous post.
This time the top is completed.

Goodbye March; hello April!

My monthly goal was to
"make an America-themed quilt".
I didn't get real specific but I would have
liked to have finished quilt to show.
Like everyone else, world events have taken up
a lot of my time and even when I have made it
into the sewing room, I've been easily distracted.

So, I have a finished quilt top to show.
I had barely enough of the blue fabric for the borders
(as in I had nothing left but a few scrap pieces)
so, because the bottom will be hidden by the foot of
the bed, I chose to omit the geese there.

My One Monthly Goal for April?
To get this quilt completely finished.
And to get a better pic.

Happy monthly quilting!

Congrats on meeting your OMG for March and on meeting your design goal to make and America-themed quilt. It has been hard to sew with all the distractions, but it's getting easier.
