Mrs. Claus Sends Her Packages

On Sunday, I was getting my Mrs. Claus on.
(Read more about it here)

Today Mrs. Claus mailed off a cute, shy little
owl who is sure to fly more miles on a plane
than he ever dreamed of flying himself.
Safe travels, little "Peep"!

The 5 doll quilts that I made on Sunday are
also getting a plane ride.  The "men-folk"
were gone all that day so, other than a little bit
of Christmas shopping with dd #2,
(don't be jealous, dd#1!  We picked out stuff for you!)
I spent the day in my sewing room.

Please excuse the hurriedly-snapped pictures....

And I don't know why they all look distorted.
Honestly, they're 14X18!

Very scrappy and bright,
I hope they each color a little girl's world.

Now I know one's reward is to be received
in heaven, but I thought just a nice venti-sized
PSL wouldn't hurt...

Cold, rainy weather is great for sewing so
I'm off to start those other quilts--I plan on taking
a little more time with these and having some
'block" fun--Mrs. Claus is hittin' the scrap basket!

Debbie, I hope they're in the mail by the end
of the week?!  God bless you (and those
woodworkers!) for all your work--
wish I could send a latte!

OH, WOW! They are so cute. Thank you for all your work on these cuties. Tomorrow I plan a bit of rest to prepare for the boxes of tops to arrive to finish off.... But today I put another one together, too.
